Impossible Taco Pie

• 1 lb. ground meat or chicken
• 1/2 c. onion, chopped
• 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
• 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped and drained
• 1 1/4 c. milk
• 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
• 3 eggs
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 c. cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, grated

1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
2. Grease 10-inch quiche dish or 10-inch pie plate.
3. Cook and stir ground meat and onion over medium heat until brown, drain.
4. Stir in seasoning mix and spread all in plate.
5. Sprinkle with chiles.
6. Mix milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth.
7. Pour into plate over meat mixture.
8. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with tomatoes and grated cheese.
9. Return to oven and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes longer.
10. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
