Chocolate Peanut-Butter-Cup Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt; set aside.
  3. In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beat until thoroughly blended.
  5. Reduce speed to low, gradually beat in flour mixture until smooth.
  6. Stir peanut butter cup pieces and chocolate chips into dough.
  7. Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, using 3 tablespoons per cookie, spacing 1 inch apart.
  8. bake 13 to 15 minutes until dry and slightly firm. Cool1 minute on cookie sheets.
  9. Cool completely on wire racks. Makes 2 dozen.
