Pumpkin Bran Muffins(Low-Fat)

  1. Spray 12 muffin cups with a nonfat cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
  3. In a large bowl using a wire whisk, beat egg substitute.
  4. Stir in pumpkin, cereal, milk and corn syrup. Add to flour mixture; stir until well blended.
  5. Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
  6. Bake at 400u0b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
  7. Cool in pan 5 minutes.
