The Miller'S Hot Chili

  1. Saute onions and cayenne peppers in 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil until onions are tender.
  2. Add meat and brown.
  3. Crush tomatoes and add to meat mixture in large pot.
  4. Add rest of ingredients, except tomato juice, and mix thoroughly.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add tomato juice.
  7. Cook on medium/low heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  8. Reduce heat to low setting for another hour. Stir occasionally.
