Turkey Or Chicken Tetrazzini
- 14 oz. elbow spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk or 1 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. sherry
- 5 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
- 1 c. halved pitted olives (optional)
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- Cook spaghetti and drain.
- Pour oil over spaghetti and toss. Mix soups and milk.
- Stir meat, mushrooms, peppers and olives. Stir in spaghetti.
- Pour into a casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 375u0b0 for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with almonds during last 10 minutes of baking.
- Makes 12 servings.
