Mexican Beef Spaghetti Pie

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook pasta 8 minutes, drain.
  3. Mix pasta shell ingredients and toss with pasta.
  4. In 9-inch pie plate press pasta to form a shell.
  5. Cook ground beef for 4-5 min.
  6. ,breaking into crumbles.
  7. Add garlic powder, salt and cumin, stir in tomatoes and cook until almost all liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove from heat and add sour cream.
  9. Spoon mixture into pasta shell.
  10. Add cheese to top and bake 15 minutes.
