Microwave Lasagna

  1. In a large glass bowl, heat crumbled ground meat 2 to 3 minutes on High until browned.
  2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
  3. Combine Ricotta cheese, egg and pepper.
  4. Spray oblong baking dish with nonstick spray.
  5. Spoon 1/2 cup of sauce into dish, then alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, making 2 layers.
  6. Heat, covered, for 8 minutes on High.
  7. Continue cooking on power level 5 an additional 30 to 32 minutes until noodles are tender.
  8. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Let stand, covered, for 15 minutes before serving.
