Short Ribs With Korean-Style Marinade

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. In it place the meat to be marinated.
  2. Marinate overnight, turning bag occasionally.
  3. Remove meat from marinade.
  4. Place marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil, reducing slightly.
  5. Grill meat over charcoal, basting with marinade.
  6. Grill scallions during last 4 to 5 minutes of cooking time.
