Santa Fe Casserole

  1. In medium skillet, brown meat until cooked through; drain fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning mix, blending well.
  3. In separate bowl, combine bouillon, flour and water.
  4. Add to meat; bring to a boil to slightly thicken liquid.
  5. Stir in sour cream and green chilies; blend thoroughly.
  6. In lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, place 1/2 of chips.
  7. Top with 1/2 beef mixture, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 of onions.
  8. Layer again with remaining ingredients, ending with green onions.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
