Pork Chops In Apple Juice

  1. Brown
  2. chops
  3. in
  4. a
  5. 12-inch
  6. Dutch
  7. oven in margarine. Remove chops
  8. and
  9. saute apples and onion slices in drippings until tender.
  10. Set
  11. aside
  12. in
  13. atowl.
  14. Return chops to Dutch oven. Add
  15. apple juice, bouillon, sage and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  16. Add apples and onions totutch
  17. oven
  18. and
  19. cooktor 5 minutes.temove chops, apples and
  20. onions.
  21. Stirtn the half and half.
  22. Cook and stir
  23. until sauce boils and thickens.
  24. Pour over chops and serve.
