B'S Lasagna
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp basil
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 2 eggs
- 3 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Brown beef with salt.
- Add basil, tomato sauce and paste.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Boil noodles, shred cheese.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs, add cottage cheese, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
- Smear 9 x 13 pan with meat mix.
- Layer noodles, egg mixture.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Repeat, ending with mozzarella on top.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes, or refrigerate and bake the next day for 45 minutes.
