Vegetable Soup

  1. Put beef in large soup pot.
  2. Cook meat (do not brown) until grey.
  3. Stir to break up meat into small pieces.
  4. Combine onions, tomatoes, juice from tomatoes, tomato sauce, potatoes and frozen mixed veggies.
  5. Add garlic powder, salt and chili powder, mint, black pepper, parsley flakes, water and cooked macaroni.
  6. Bring to boil then simmer and cook approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
