Seafood Boil

  1. In a very large saucepan with a removable wire basket, heat water, crab boil, salt, Tabasco sauce and lemon to boiling.
  2. Add onions, artichokes, carrots and potatoes; heat to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Carefully remove vegetables.
