Million Dollar Pie
- 1 large can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 (9 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 graham cracker crust pie shell
- 1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
- 8 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Sift cornmeal, flour, salt, sugar and baking powder together in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a small dish, then add them to the cornmeal mixture.
- Add the melted butter and mayonnaise, then blend all ingredients thoroughly.
