Good Morning Muffins
- Dry Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- Wet Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (7 ounce) can Undrained crushed pineapple
- 3/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Beat together wet ingredients and pour into dry mixture.
- Stir just until combined.
- Fill muffin cups and bake for 15- 17 minutes.
