Chocolate Mint Sticks

  1. Melt 1/2 cup butter and 2 squares chocolate together; cool. Beat eggs; gradually add sugar.
  2. Beat well.
  3. Add cooled chocolate mixture, vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract. Mix in flour.
  4. By hand, stir in nuts.
  5. Spread batter into greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Cool.
