Frozen Fruit Salad

  1. Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water.
  2. Drain pineapple, measuring syrup.
  3. Add water to make 1/2 cup if necessary.
  4. Stir into gelatin with lemon juice.
  5. Blend in mayonnaise.
  6. Chill until very thick.
  7. Fold fruits, nuts and Cool Whip into jello.
  8. Pour into 2 freezing trays or a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  9. Freeze until firm or at least 3 to 4 hours.
  10. To serve, cut in squares or slices.
  11. Makes about 8 servings.
