Spaghetti With Meat Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 12 oz. can tomato juice (3/4 c.)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tomato paste can tomato juice or water
- Brown beef; add onion, garlic, celery, pepper and salt.
- Add combined tomato paste, tomato juice, chili powder, cayenne pepper and curry powder.
- Cook until all ingredients are done.
- Cook spaghetti as package directs.
- When done, add enough meat sauce to spaghetti to prevent spaghetti from sticking together.
- Place serving of spaghetti on plate and cover with meat sauce.
