Beef Burritos In Red Sauce

  1. Brown stew meat; drain grease.
  2. Add onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin and garlic powder.
  3. Cook 2 hours in skillet, stirring occasionally, or 6 hours in crock-pot.
  4. Remove beef and shred with 2 forks.
  5. Mix half of the sauce in the beef.
  6. Add 1/2 cup water to remaining sauce.
  7. Spoon meat onto the middles of the tortillas. Fold the sides and ends of the tortillas.
  8. Arrange burritos in a baking dish.
  9. Cover with the remaining sauce.
  10. Top with cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts.
