Baked Bluefish Fillets With Creole Sauce

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a 2-quart pan and saute together for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, all but bluefish fillets and mix well over medium-low heat until vegetables are fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
  3. While this is cooking, bake bluefish fillets in a 400u0b0 oven until fully cooked, approximately 30 minutes.
  4. When fish is cooked, portion on plates and top with Creole sauce.
