Glazed Corned Beef

  1. Cover beef with water in large Dutch oven.
  2. Add peppercorns, onion, cloves
  3. andtelery.
  4. Simmer
  5. aboutt
  6. hours or until almost tender;
  7. add
  8. water,
  9. if
  10. needed.
  11. Remove brisket from water.
  12. Place
  13. intakingtan.
  14. Combine
  15. brown
  16. sugar, mustard, horseradish,
  17. catsup, vinegar and butter in saucepan. Stir over medium
  18. heat
  19. until
  20. blended and bubbly.
  21. Spoon some sauce over meat.
  22. Bake at 350u0b0 or until meat is tender; baste several times with remaining sauce.
