Microwave Tuna Medley

  1. Combine carrots, celery and onion in 2-quart casserole dish. Cover.
  2. Microwave at High 3 to 4 1/2 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  3. Stir in soup, tuna, peas, soy sauce and seasonings. Cover.
  4. Microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after half the cooking time.
  5. Stir in two-thirds of the potatoes.
  6. Microwave 30 to 60 seconds.
  7. Sprinkle remaining potatoes and cashews over top.
