Oriental Mixed Vegetable

  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Add the onions and fry for a minute. Then add the capsicum and fry for another minute or two. Add tomato ketchup, worchestershire sauce and salt.
  3. Taste and adjust. Stir fry for a minute. Add tomato and paneer cubes.
  4. Stir for a couple of mins , adjust salt and sauces.
  5. Add the cabbage , cover and cook for another minute till the cabbage becomes a little soft , not too much just well done.
  6. Serve with garlic bread or plain white rice.
