Shrimp Creole Microwave

  1. Place butter in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Heat full power 20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
  3. Stir in green pepper, onion and celery. Cook full power 6 to 8 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir halfway through. Sprinkle vegetables with flour and stir to blend.
  4. Mix in tomatoes. Cook full power until heated, 4 to 6 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cook full power about 6 minutes, or until shrimp are fully cooked.
  5. Stir twice during time.
  6. Remove bay leaf.
