Moist Healthy Banana Bread

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat on low speed bananas, butter, sugar, and the egg until mixed.
  3. Add in the vanilla, salt and baking soda and beat until mixed.
  4. Add flour and 1u0b0C of walnuts and mix until the mixture is thoroughly wet.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased (Pam) 4x8 bread pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool on a cooling rack.
  8. Slice and Enjoy!
