Apalachee Bay Crab Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine crab, cheese, cream cheese, onions, peppers and mushrooms.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine milk, baking mix, eggs, salt, cayenne pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Using a mixer, blend 1 minute.
  5. Pour crab mixture into a greased quiche pan.
  6. Pour milk mixture over crab and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until
  7. a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
