Cucumber Sandwiches

  1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, scallions, dill, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and red pepper until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate about 20 minutes.
  3. Spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
  4. Top each with 2 to 3 cucumber slices and garnish with dill sprigs.
  5. Arrange on platter.
  6. Keep refrigerated up to 8 hours before use.
  7. Serves 10 to 12.
