Ham And Onion Quiche

  1. Bake pie shells at 450u0b0 for 6 minutes.tlways prick bottom and sides of crusts with atork before baking.
  2. Remove shells from oven; reduce heat to 350u0b0.
  3. Toss ham in 1 tablespoon flour, then sprinkle ham over bottom of pie shells.
  4. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over ham.
  5. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour mixture into shells.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
