Vegetable Casserole(Serves 6)

  1. Cook cauliflower and broccoli according to package directions. Drain; cut up any large pieces.
  2. Combine cream-style corn, drained whole kernel corn, cheese and soup.
  3. Fold in cooked vegetables and mushrooms.
  4. Turn mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle atop casserole.
  6. Bake, uncovered, in a 375u0b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
