Low-Fat Honey-Lemon Cake

  1. Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. Dust pan with 1 teaspoon flour; set aside.
  3. Combine remaining 1 3/4 cups flour and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Combine milk and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
  5. Add to flour mixture and beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
