Mandarin Orange And Cashew Chicken

  1. Drain oranges, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup.
  2. Blend syrup with stir-fry sauce.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or skillet (high heat).
  4. Add chicken, cashews and garlic; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan.
  6. Heat remaining oil in same pan.
  7. Add onion and snow peas.
  8. Stir-fry for 3 minutes and then add chicken, cashews and stir-fry sauce mixture.
  9. Cook and stir to coat all ingredients.
  10. Remove from heat and stir in oranges.
  11. Serve on rice.
