Enchiladas

  1. Saute
  2. onion
  3. and
  4. ground
  5. meat until meat is brown and onions are tender.
  6. Add chili and seasonings.
  7. On each tortilla, put a small amount
  8. of
  9. meat
  10. mixture,
  11. cheese
  12. and onion. Roll up and place in
  13. baking
  14. dish.
  15. Pour remaining meat sauce on top, more onion and top
  16. with
  17. cheese.
  18. Bakett 350u0b0 until cheese melts or if sauce seems
  19. too dry or there is not enough to cover the tortillas, use a can of El Paso enchilada sauce.
