Sweet Potato Pie
- 4 to 5 large sweet potatoes baked
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can sweetened milk
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon flavor
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 pie shells
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1-1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 unbake 10 inch pie shell
- Bake sweet potatoes at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Remove the skin while the potato is still hot.
- Mixer can be used to mix potatoes well with butter, flour, vanilla extract, sugar, spices, salt and milk.
- Divide mixture evenly into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours.
- Serve with Cool Whip.
