Chicken Tetrazzini(Serves A Lot)
- 6 lb. chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. onion salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery salt
- 1 stick butter
- 2 large cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 sticks butter
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. broth (from cooked chicken)
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese
- Mix together and sprinkle on the chicken breasts the 2 tablespoons salt, onion salt and celery salt.
- Cover chicken with water and simmer 1 hour.
- Save broth.
- Remove skin and bones and chop into chunks.
- Place in large bowl.
