Impossible Taco Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. chopped onions
• 1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
• 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained (optional)
• 1 small container sour cream
• 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
• 1 1/4 c. milk
• 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
• 3 eggs
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese

1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
2. Grease 10-inch dish or 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
3. Cook and stir ground beef and onions until brown and drain. Stir in seasoning mix as directed.
4. Spread in plate; sprinkle with chilies.
5. Beat milk, Bisquick mix and egg until smooth.
6. Pour into plate.
7. Do not stir.
8. Bake for 25 minutes.
9. Take out and sprinkle with cheese and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
10. Cool for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce, if desired.
11. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
