Bubble Pizza
- 8 oz. lean ground beef
- 1 -10.2 oz. can Pillsbury Grand Reduced Fat Biscuits
- 1 -14 oz. jar pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- salt to taste
- onions, mushrooms, pepperoni (small pieces), optional
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- Heat oven to 400u0b0.
- Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. While meat cooks, open tube of biscuits and cut each biscuit into sixths.
- Spray a 10 inch deep dish pie plate or 9 inch square baking pan.
- When beef is done, drain well and return to pan.
- Stir in pizza sauce, seasonings, and other optional items if desired.
- Spoon sauce evenly over the top and bake for 12-15 minutes, until biscuits are cooked through and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
