Shrimp Dill Dip
- 1 lb. Shrimp, finely chopped and cooked
- 1/2 c. Sour Cream
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Dill Weed
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce (emeryl)
- 3/4 Jar (6 oz.) Domins Horseradish
- Gradually blend, sour cream, miracle whip and cream cheese, beat until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, mix well with a fork.
- Add garlic, salt, dill and tabasco sauce, mix well.
- Add horseradish. Pat shrimp dry with paper towel.
- Cut shrimp (large ones) in about 4-5 pieces.
- Mix lightly with ingredients.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Serve with shredded wheat crackers, chips or corn chips. Tastes best the second day after made.
- Makes about 2 cups.
