Lasagne

  1. Bring milk and broth to boil.
  2. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add onions; cook until transparent.
  4. Stir in flour; cook 2 minutes.
  5. Whisk in hot milk mixture, thyme, salt and spices; boil 2 minutes, stirring.
  6. Stir 2 cups sauce into spinach and greens.
