Upside-Down Pizza Loaf

  1. In non-stick skillet, heat 1/2 tablespoon oil; add turkey and onion.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender and turkey is done.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon flour and stir quickly to combine; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually stir in tomato sauce; add basil, fennel seed and oregano.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and cook while stirring for 1 minute.
  7. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  8. Spray a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with Pam and transfer turkey mixture to pan; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
