One-Dish Chicken Lo Mein

  1. In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; brown chicken, about 3 minutes.
  2. Remove to plate.
  3. In same pan, bring broth, the water, ginger, pepper flakes, teriyaki sauce and garlic to boiling; add spaghetti.
  4. Simmer, covered, 8 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Stir in vegetables and chicken.
  6. Bring to boiling; simmer, covered, 4 minutes.
  7. Stir in onions.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
