Brie And Sausage Breakfast Casserole

  1. Trim rind from Brie; cut into cubes.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cook sausage, stirring until crumbled and no longer pink.
  4. Cut crust from bread and place evenly in 13 x 9 lightly greased baking dish. Layer evenly with bread slices, sausage, Brie and grated cheese. Whisk together 5 eggs, 2 cups whipping cream and next four ingredients; pour evenly over cheeses.
  5. Cover and chill 8 hours. Whisk remaining 2 eggs and 1 cup whipping cream; pour over chilled mixture.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 minutes or until set.
  7. Servings: 1.
