Buffet Sandwich Tray

  1. Cream first 3 ingredients in bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper. Spread 1/2-inch thick in center of large platter.
  3. Arrange following ingredients in strips on cream cheese mixture: olives, sieved egg whites topped with sieved egg yolks, ham, tomato, chicken and green onions.
  4. Chill until serving time.
  5. Arrange bread around edge of platter just before serving.
  6. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
  7. May substitute crabmeat and tiny shrimp.
