Kentucky Fried Chicken

  1. Wipe chicken pieces; combine salad dressing mix, flour, salt, butter and lemon juice.
  2. Coat chicken pieces.
  3. Put into a bowl; cover and refrigerate several hours.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet. Combine pancake mix, paprika, sage and pepper.
  5. Dip chicken pieces into milk, then pancake mixture.
  6. Fry until lightly browned on each side; drain.
  7. Place chicken in shallow pan; spoon remaining milk over the pieces and cover with foil.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 1 hour.
  9. Uncover and bake at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes more.
  10. Serves 6.
