Puff Paste Chicken Filling(Canastas Rellenos Del Pollo)
- 10 puffed paste for filling
- 2 big chicken breasts, well cooked and fried
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. onions, grated
- 2 Tbsp. chicken broth Maggi, dissolved in 1 cup water
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 1 can sweet peas
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. mustarol
- Use a skillet of 9 1/2-inches.
- Saute the onions until they look transparent.
- Add the mustarol, the chicken broth and the heavy cream.
- Stir up continuously until the ingredients mix well. After these steps, add tomato sauce and the chicken.
- Put on the stove about 10 minutes on low heat; stir with a wood spoon little by little.
- Finally, add the sweet peas and mix well.
- Use this for filling the puff paste, then after this step, bake the puff at 350u0b0 in your oven for about 10 minutes.
- This recipe can be served with potato salad.
