Pizza Pan Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease two 12 inch pizza pans.
  3. (I used butter flavored Pam) Cream butter, sugars, cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl (thank God for KitchenAid stand mixers).
  4. Add eggs and beat until light.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture to form dough.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  8. Divide dough in half and press each half evenly into pans.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
