Microwave Applesauce Cake

  1. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Blend at low speed, then turn to medium for 2 minutes.
  3. Grease a 8x8 glass square cake pan and coat with graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Pour in batter.
  5. Microwave at 50% power for 6 minutes, rotating 1/4 every 3 minutes.
  6. Increase power to High.
  7. Microwave 2 to 5 minutes, or until done.
  8. The top of the cake will have alittle batter that will seem not to be cooked.
  9. Let stand on countertop 5 to 10 minutes.
