Banana Bread With Swerve

  1. Place bananas, milk, eggs, and brown sugar in a blender. Pulse for about 20 seconds.
  2. Add applesauce and vanilla to the blender and pulse for 5 seconds.
  3. Mix the remainder of the dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add the blender contents.
  4. Grease a 9x5 breadpan and pour the mixture inches.
  5. Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes.
