Bella Pasta(This Dish Can Be Low-Fat And Addictive!)
- 1 Tbsp. pignoli nuts (pine nuts)
- 1 lb. spinach or broccoli
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- 4 large cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. fresh Romano cheese
- 1 lb. bow tie pasta
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat olive oil and 1/2 c. water or 1/2 c. regular olive oil
- 1 grilled chicken, cut in chunks
- 5 leaves basil, cut
- 1 lb. flounder, sole or salmon fillets or similar fish
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. white wine or water
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dill
- 2 c. macaroni (corkscrew, elbow)
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. ground beef
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 medium pepper (optional)
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Cook macaroni.
- Combine egg, milk and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir into macaroni.
- Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick spray. Spread macaroni mixture evenly in pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
