Creamy Caramel Pecan Rolls
- 1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 loaves frozen white bread dough, thawed
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- Mix sugar and whipping cream.
- Divide between 2 baking pans. Sprinkle pecans over sugar mixture.
- Roll each bread dough into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.
- Roll dough jelly roll style and pinch to seal.
- Cut into slices.
- Place rolls into pan with mixture.
- Let rise in warm place until doubled in size.
- (Can refrigerate overnight, covered; leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.)
- Bake, uncovered, at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
