Banana Nut Roll

  1. Mix and chill filling ingredients. Mix ingredients into beating eggs; put in jelly roll pan. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. When done, cut in 3 sections; lift out and lay flat on towel to cool.
  2. When cool, spread filling on and roll up. Place in the refrigerator. Wrap it up in Saran Wrap.
